Janae Biers

Janae serves as the Director of Legal Support Services at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore. She leads the recruitment, hiring, training, and management of the firm’s legal secretaries, calendar clerks, and legal records department across offices, and oversees the ongoing training and development of legal support staff to ensure consistency and alignment with firm standards. She also manages the local Office Managers in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices.

Janae develops and implements firmwide policies and procedures that promote operational consistency and strong performance. She works closely with attorneys and legal support professionals to support efficient workflows and high quality, reliable support.
