As Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s first Director of Practice Administration, Jenny-Anne Flores leads firmwide efforts to strengthen the infrastructure supporting LCW’s growth and align practice group operations with initiatives in business development, attorney professional development, knowledge management, and strategic planning.
Jenny-Anne brings a deep understanding of LCW’s practice areas and a proven record of leadership and innovation. During her four years as Litigation Manager, she enhanced operational efficiency, supported litigation strategy across the firm, and provided strategic oversight to ensure the highest quality control in litigation matters. She served as a liaison with insurance joint powers authorities and insurance companies, oversaw case budgets, and sourced key litigation resources including expert witnesses, mediators, arbitrators, and jury consultants.
Before joining LCW’s team, Jenny-Anne practiced civil litigation at both Liebert Cassidy Whitmore and a private firm. During law school, she served as a volunteer law clerk for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable David O. Carter in the U.S. District Court, Central District.
