Moriah Denton is an Associate based in Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s Los Angeles office, where she advises and represents clients in labor and employment matters.
Prior to joining LCW, Moriah represented employers and companies in complex litigation matters involving labor and employment, antitrust, product liability, and class actions. Her experience includes handling wage and hour matters, employment discrimination claims, class and representative actions, workplace compliance issues, and litigation strategy. She has managed discovery, conducted legal research and analysis, drafted motions and case assessments, and advised clients on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
Moriah earned her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the UCLA Law Review. During law school, she interned with the California Attorney General’s Office. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Howard University in Strategic, Legal & Management Communications.
