Natalie Dybeck

Natalie Dybeck is an Associate in Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s San Francisco office, where she advises and represents public agencies in labor, employment, and education matters. Natalie’s practice is informed by her background in government operations, policy, and environmental law.
Before joining the firm, Natalie served as a Legal Intern with the California Attorney General’s Office in the Environment and Natural Resources Law Section, where she prepared legal memoranda and contributed to appellate briefs. Natalie also spent a semester externing for the Honorable Judge Charles Breyer, there she composed bench memorandum for civil and criminal cases and aided in drafting orders. She previously worked for a U.S. Congressman managing district operations and coordinating emergency responses to regional wildfires and public safety events. Natalie earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of California Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she served as Director of Professional Development for the Women’s Law Society and as a Staff Editor and Executive Development Editor for the UC Law Environmental Journal. She received her B.A. in Communications, magna cum laude, from UCLA.
