Olga Y. Bryan is an Associate in the San Diego office where she provides labor, employment, and wage and hour expertise to public agency clientele. She has defended employers in litigation claims for a variety of issues including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour class violations.
Prior to joining Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, Olga litigated for a San Diego based law firm where she focused on matters pertaining to labor and employment litigation. During her time there, she conducted plaintiffs’ depositions, facilitated consolidation of multiple overlapping wage and hour class actions, addressed EEOC charges by conducting thorough investigations, prepared clear and compelling summary adjudication motions, and demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the discovery process. Olga has also spent time defending employers in business disputes, personal injury and professional negligence claims, trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement, and real estate disputes.
Olga obtained her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she graduated with Honors in the Intellectual Property Law concentration. As an undergraduate, Olga attended the University of California, Santa Cruz where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
