Olivia Davis
Associate
Olivia Davis is an Associate in the San Diego office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, where she supports public sector clients in all aspects of labor and employment law. She brings experience in complex litigation, legal research, and case strategy, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery in high-stakes matters.
Before joining LCW, Olivia practiced at a Southern California plaintiffs’ firm, where she litigated cases involving sexual abuse and fertility negligence. She prepared mediation briefs, coordinated discovery, and served on a subcommittee of a Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) steering committee, contributing to bellwether trial preparation.
While in law school, Olivia clerked with the same firm, where she gained practical experience in consumer class actions involving false advertising and unfair competition claims. Since becoming a member of the California State Bar, Olivia has volunteered with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, providing pro bono legal assistance in guardianship and immigration matters.
Olivia earned her J.D. cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she served as Student Articles Editor of the Dispute Resolution Law Journal and competed on the moot court team. Her student note on influencer marketing and ADR was published in the journal. She holds a B.A. in English and Philosophy, with high honors, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
