Selena Farnesi brings extensive litigation and policy experience to LCW’s public sector practice, with a focus on education, employment, and administrative law. She provides practical, strategic counsel to public agencies and institutions navigating workplace disputes, compliance obligations, investigations, and legal risk.
As a former trial attorney and legal educator, Selena has developed deep expertise in litigation strategy, crisis response, and regulatory compliance. Her experience managing sensitive matters involving conduct, discipline, and public accountability informs her client-centered approach to problem-solving and training.
Selena is especially skilled at helping educational institutions and public employers respond to complex personnel issues, Title IX considerations, and disciplinary procedures with clarity and confidence. She is also committed to fostering leadership and professionalism in the legal field through ongoing advocacy and instruction.
Selena earned her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, with certifications in Trial & Appellate Advocacy and Capital Lawyering, and her bachelor’s degrees from California State University, Fresno.
