Reviewing Your MOU Language to Comply With CalPERS Special Compensation Regulations

CalPERS has been very carefully reviewing member agency collective bargaining agreements to ensure that each form of special compensation qualifies under their special compensation regulations Title 2 CCR sections 571 (classic) and 571.1 (PEPRA).  Come listen to a helpful discussion from Peter Brown about what is happening and what you can and should do to ensure that your special compensation satisfies the requirements of the special compensation regulations.
