The ADA During a Pandemic: What Employers Need to Know Now

Faced with the COVID-19 pandemic, employers have received guidance from the Department of Labor and Center for Disease Control to prevent employees with COVID-19 symptoms from being in the workplace and spreading the virus. However, employees still have rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Equal Opportunity Commission recently weighed in with some guidance as to how employers can comply with the ADA while also following guidance from the CDC and DOL. This webinar will focus on frequently asked questions by employers regarding the ability to provide a safe work space for its employees while also protecting the rights of infected and/or exposed employees.
