CalPERS and FLSA compliance can be technical and complicated, and errors can be costly and lead to protracted litigation.  Since the types of FLSA and CalPERS compensation at issue often overlap, reviewing and revising them together is efficient and avoids errors.  This webinar will explain how to conduct an MOU/payroll audit for both CalPERS and FLSA compliance purposes and how to make changes to become and stay compliant.  The training will include best practices, common pitfalls, and tips.
