CalPERS has been very carefully reviewing member agency collective bargaining agreements to ensure that each form of special compensation qualifies under their special compensation regulations Title 2 CCR sections 571 (classic) and 571.1 (PEPRA). Come listen to a helpful discussion from Peter Brown about what is happening and what you can and should do to ensure that your special compensation satisfies the requirements of the special compensation regulations.

Cancellations received fewer than 2 business days before the webinar are not eligible for a refund. If a recording is available, we will gladly provide access after the session.
