Anni Safarloo
Associate
Anni Safarloo is an Associate in Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s Los Angeles office where she provides representation and counsel to public agency and nonprofit clients in transactional, advice and counsel, administrative, and pre-litigation and litigation matters. Her work includes labor and employment law, business and facilities, and commercial issues. She has secured dismissals and judgments in favor of clients in various matters and handles post-judgment remedies. Anni also represents clients in real estate related litigation.
During her time at LCW, Anni has handled various matters before PERB as well as traditional civil litigation, writ matters and appellate work. In addition to her litigation work, Anni has assisted clients with transactional issues such as amendments to their articles of incorporation, obtaining lines of credit, ordinance revisions, leases, joint powers agreements, and various other types of agreements.
Previously, Anni completed a fellowship with the Mayor’s Office for the City of Chicago where she worked on various policy matters affecting the City, and she externed with the Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan, United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Illinois. Anni is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles and received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, magna cum laude. She is a member of the Order of the Coif. Anni obtained an LL.M. avec mention assez bien from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Anni is also proficient in Armenian and has limited proficiency in French.
