Hoaithi Y.T. Nguyen

Hoaithi “Y.T.” Nguyen is a Senior Counsel in Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s San Francisco Office. Y.T. has over 15 years of experience in employment litigation, labor relations and investigations. Prior to joining LCW, Y.T. counseled at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where she litigated EEO complaints on behalf of the government. Y.T. also has over 7 years of experience advising senior government executives on disciplinary matters, regulatory compliance, and training HR professionals on sexual harassment prevention and safety in the work environment. Her previous roles include advising at the U.S. Postal Service and the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission.

Y.T. obtained her J.D. from UCLA School of Law and has a license to practice in California and Hawaii. She also has an M.A. from the Naval Postgraduate School and a B.A. in Political Science from UC Irvine.
