Jessica Le
Associate
Jessica Le is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, where she advises and represents public and private sector employers in employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and workplace litigation.
Before joining the firm, Jessica served as a judicial law clerk at the Los Angeles Superior Court. In that role, she drafted tentative rulings and bench memoranda on a broad range of civil motions, including summary judgment motions in FEHA discrimination and retaliation cases, demurrers, anti-SLAPP motions, and motions to compel arbitration, across a high-volume civil docket.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law with a certificate in Media and Entertainment Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with honors. Jessica was also a member of Psi Chi, serving as the Peer Mentorship Program Coordinator for the UT Austin Chapter. She is admitted to practice law in California.
