Jessica Lee
Associate
Jessica Lee is an Associate at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, where she advises public sector employers on labor and employment matters, including compliance, investigations, and workplace policies. Her experience includes working closely with clients on wage and hour issues, disability accommodations, terminations, and other personnel matters.
Prior to joining LCW, Jessica practiced employment law at a boutique firm, where she counseled clients on workplace matters such as independent contractor classification, leave laws, and disciplinary actions. She regularly drafted employment documents including handbooks, arbitration and severance agreements, incentive compensation plans, and WARN notices. Her prior experience also includes supporting trial preparation in a multi-million dollar contract dispute, drafting privacy policies, and conducting legal research and discovery in employment litigation.
Jessica earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology, cum laude, from Pomona College, where she was recognized with the Anthropology Prize.
