James, a member of the LCW’s Public Safety Practice Group, is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented clients in employment litigation matters in state and federal court and advised clients on varied labor and employment matters. He is based in LCW’s Los Angeles office.

James Oldendorph represents employers in cases involving alleged violations of Title VII, the Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the California and United States Constitutions, the Public Safety Officers Bill of Rights and the Firefighters Procedural Bill of Rights Acts, as well as collective and class actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the California Labor Code.
