Brittany Roberts

Brittany Roberts is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, where she advises and represents public agencies and educational institutions in all areas of employment and labor law. She provides counsel on compliance with state and federal employment laws, personnel policies, and workplace practices, with a focus on risk management and proactive solutions to complex employment matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Brittany gained extensive experience conducting legal research, drafting judicial orders, and managing civil litigation matters as a federal law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Her background includes supporting clients and decision-makers in resolving complex issues involving employment, compensation, and workplace compliance.
Brittany earned her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, where she was a member of the David J. Epstein Program in Public Interest Law and Policy. During her time at UCLA, she participated in the Immigrant Family Legal Clinic, hosted on a K-12 public school campus, where she represented students in guardianship and immigration proceedings. Brittany received her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Geography from the University of California, Berkeley.
