Juliana Pech

Juliana Pech is an Associate in Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s Los Angeles office, where she advises educational institutions and public agencies on labor, employment, and student-related issues. Her work is driven by a commitment to expanding access and equity in education.
Before joining the firm, Juliana served as a Partnerships and Compliance Coordinator at ScholarMatch, managing scholarship and partnership programs for first-generation and low-income students. She also interned with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), supporting parent education and policy reform initiatives. Juliana earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where she was active in the Latino Law Student Association, the First-Generation Law Student Association, and the Legal Education Access Pipeline (LEAP) Fellowship. She holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Education from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
