This workshop will teach you how to be effective in all types of communication including closed sessions with elected officials; communicating up with agency executives; crafting clear and concise contract language; clarity around the common clauses in labor contracts; using comparable surveys and data, and verbal/non-verbal techniques at the table.

When?
This is a two-day webinar. You must attend both days in order to receive credit for the Labor Relations Certificate Program course.
Dates: December 4, 2025 (1:30 pm to 5:00 pm); AND December 11, 2025 (1:30 pm to 5:00 pm)

Experienced and Aspiring HR and Labor Relations Professionals.
Please Note: Individuals employed by a union, a union-side law firm, or a union-side consulting firm that, in labor relations matters, exclusively represents unions and employees, may not register for Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s Labor Relations Certification programs.
MCLE:
Liebert Cassidy Whitmore is an approved MCLE provider. Participating attorneys are eligible for 3.5 hours of MCLE. Forms and instructions will be provided along with the presentation materials.
HRCI Credit:
This class has been submitted for HRCI approval.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations received 5 business days before the seminar are eligible for a full refund, minus a nonrefundable $40 administrative fee. Cancellations received fewer than 5 business days before the seminar are not eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded. Substitutions are allowed up to 2 days in advance at no additional charge. To cancel or substitute a registration, please email Melanie Veach at LRCP@lcwlegal.com.
LCW programs are designed exclusively for management representatives. As such, registration is limited to individuals who represent employers. We do not accept registrations from individuals employed by unions, union-side law firms or consulting firms that represent employees in labor relations matters, or from attorneys or organizations whose primary role is to represent employees.
LCW reserves the right to decline registrations that do not align with these criteria. Those registrations will be denied and monies returned, less a $40 administrative fee.
Participant substitutions are accepted any time prior to December 3, 2025.
