If your District is building, or is considering building, student housing, your District needs to know how to handle construction of the student housing facilities and how to operate those facilities for student residents. This webinar will provide an overview of student housing construction methods and related issues, including negotiating agreements with your construction team. We will also discuss agreements with students to live in student housing and terms and conditions to consider for those agreements, as well as anti-discrimination laws and regulations applicable to student housing applicants and residents.
Who Should Attend: Community college district business services, administrative services, facilities, operations and maintenance, and purchasing staff as well as other staff who will be working with student housing construction or operation.
